Brian formulates both short-term and long-term goals for the business both from an operational and strategic financial perspective. Brian brings an integrated approach to clients and partnerships with his combined vision for commercial real estate opportunities, a design-build strategy that helps move projects forward and the execution and delivery for respective clients. Brian has extensive experience on the capital structure side of the process to help bridge teams on the lending and capital side of a transaction.
